Typically some people posts some kind of Free version of those Softwares which are Paid and in real case they have uploaded virus in it , and make the users to use their Free Version files which were in real is just virus and they wanted to harm their Sensitive data that is inside their PC and this thing also makes a trouble of some people whose Personal Information like Bank Account info or other Personal info gets leaked and then people started black mailing them for the cause of money.This All activity is Haram in religion and also against the Law.
